Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes. We work with every major insurance carrier in California — including GEICO, State Farm, Allstate, Progressive, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, AAA, Mercury, USAA and more. We handle the claim paperwork directly so you don't have to.
How long does collision repair take?
Most minor collision repairs take 3 to 5 business days. Moderate damage runs 1 to 2 weeks, and major frame or structural work can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on parts availability. We give you a written timeline before any work begins.
Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
Yes. NANKI offers a written lifetime warranty on workmanship and paint for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.

We do both. NANKI Auto Body & Repair is a full-service shop — beyond collision and paint, we handle complete mechanical repair including engine diagnostics, transmission service, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, AC, and routine maintenance. Can you handle collision repair and mechanical work at the same time?
Yes. Because we have certified body and mechanical technicians under one roof, you can drop the vehicle off once and we'll handle everything — collision damage, frame, paint, plus any mechanical issues like alignment, suspension, AC, or engine work. One shop, one timeline, one bill.
Can you match the original paint color exactly?
Yes. We use computerized paint-matching systems and your vehicle's factory paint code to mix an exact-match color. Every panel is blended for an invisible repair.
Do you offer free pickup and delivery?
Yes — free pickup & delivery within San Jose for qualifying repairs. We can also coordinate rental coverage through your insurance when applicable, and we work directly with your carrier to arrange it.
